Terms & Privacy

By creating a SiteFast account or using the SiteFast platform (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Privacy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old, and able to form a binding contract, to use SiteFast.

You are responsible for your account, the security of your credentials, and all activity that happens under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

SiteFast is credit-based. AI generations and SiteFast Cloud usage (build compute, hosting and bandwidth) draw from your credit balance. Paid plans grant monthly credits; top-ups are one-time purchases.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Credits and payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may not use SiteFast to build or host content that is illegal, infringing, malicious, deceptive, or that violates the rights of others. We may suspend or remove sites and accounts that breach this.

You retain ownership of the content and sites you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, build, and deliver your sites.

We collect the information you provide (email, profile, the prompts and content you create) and usage data needed to operate the Service (token/credit usage, project metadata, basic analytics).

We use trusted processors — Supabase (database, auth, storage), AI model providers, and hosting infrastructure — strictly to deliver the Service.

To run and improve the Service, process payments, meter usage, provide support, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your personal data.

You can request access to, or deletion of, your data at any time by contacting support.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
